From NJ Transit this morning:

Jan 27, 2015  11:20:20 AM Systemwide cross-honoring of NJ TRANSIT rail, bus, and light rail is in effect today.

Jan 27, 2015  11:19:43 AM 1st train out of New York (to Dover) scheduled to depart at approx. 12 noon (train 6923 the 12:11pm NY departure). There is still no Gladstone Branch

Jan 27, 2015  11:18:13 AM 1st train out of Dover (to NY) scheduled to depart at approximately 11am (train 6920 the 11:03am Dover departure). There is still no Gladstone Branch Service.
