MAPLEWOOD MAN BUSTED ON DRUGS IN ROSELLE PARK

ROSELLE PARK — A Maplewood resident was charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop for a moving violation.
 
According to police at about 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 10, Patrolman Joseph DeQuarto stopped a 1998 Mitsubishi on E. Westfield Avenue at Linden Road for a moving violation. 

The driver, James Pompilus, 20, of Maplewood, was found to be in possession of CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. 

Pompilus was released on a summons with a court date.
