PLANNING BOARD ON REAL ESTATE SIGN CHANGE, PARKWOOD DINER EXPANSION TONIGHT

We incorrectly reported that the Planning Board was to meet Wednesday night, which is their regular night.

Instead, tonight they will review the proposed changes to the Township's real estate sign ordinance, which the Township Committee recently gave an initial approval.

See the background on that HERE. The TC is slated for a final vote on the proposal on April 18.

The board also will consider a request by Park Wood Diner on Springfield Avenue to build an addition to replace what is now its outdoor back deck.
