Computer Help at Hilton Branch!

 Are you doing research? Studying? Looking for a job? The Hilton Branch Computer Lab is opening it’s doors for specific hours this summer and will have Mr. Opemipo (“Ope”) Sokan, a 2nd year student at Fairleigh Dickinson University, there to assist you.
Come in during the following times through August 25th:
Mondays 10 – 2,  Tuesdays 12 – 2, Wednesdays 10 – 1:30, Thursdays 10 – 2

Preschool Yoga

Join us for this creative approach to yoga! Self expression and silliness are encouraged as kids imitate animals and nature through storytelling, music, and games. Instructor Dawn has practiced yoga for over 15 years.

Chemistry for Kids

Local chemist Allene Johnson will teach the basics of chemistry and demonstrate chemical changes using household products.  Then you can try performing your own activity!

Career Support and Networking Group – Main Library
A free peer volunteer support group for people who are actively looking for work and would like to invigorate their job search.  This includes anyone in career transition, recent college grads, laid-off workersunemployed or underemployed professionals, persons re-enteringthe job market or struggling small business owners and retirees looking forpart-time work.
Group members will assist each other in techniques and suggestions to improve job search, offer support, and help with personal and professional networking to find a position.  Resources are available at the library to assist with computer job searches and other useful research materials.
Weekly meetings Wednesday Nights 7-8:30 p.m. except the 4th Wednesday each month.
Meetings open to residents in Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex, Sussex, Monmouth, Middlesex, Union and Warren Counties
