CHS FOOTBALL LOSES A TOUGH ONE

Columbia High School lost a tough one to Bloomfield at Bloomfield Friday night, 28-18. But they are not giving up. Next game is Friday, Oct. 5 at East Orange.

James Lucas rushed for 253 yards and two touchdowns to lead Bloomfied past Columbia, 28-18, last night at home.

Bloomfield opened a 6-0 lead in the first quarter when Isaiah Dockett caught a 33-yard TD pass from Michael Carter. Columbia then scored three TDs before Bloomfield added rushing touchdowns of of four and 49 yards from James Lucas, which where split up by a 48-yard TD run from Michael Carter.
