TC MEETING ON REASSESSMENT TUESDAY

The Township Committee of Maplewood Presents a Public Meeting with Appraisal Systems Inc.
On Tuesday September 18, 2012 at Town Hall (574 Valley St.)
Starting at 7:30 PM

The Maplewood Township Committee at its regularly scheduled public meeting on September 18, 2012 at 7:30 PM will present a program on the tax reassessment program currently underway through a contract with Appraisal Systems Inc. (ASI).

ASI conducted the Tax Revaluation in 2010 with updated property valuations effective on January 1, 2011. The Township Committee and representatives from ASI will provide the background on what a tax reassessment is and why it is being done.

Residents, property owners and anyone else interested in the tax reassessment are invited to attend the meeting where you will have the opportunity to address your questions to the professionals at ASI and the Township Committee.

If you are unable to attend you can still participate. The meeting will be broadcast live on Comcast Channel 35, Verizon FIOS Channel 24.The Township has established a special email address where questions may be submitted during the question and answer period. The email address for that night will be:
