TAKE THE NJ TRANSIT SURVEY, AND TELL THEM WHAT YOU THINK

NJ Transit wants to know what you think.

So tell them in this survey, and do not hold back.

Welcome to NJ TRANSIT’s Customer Satisfaction Survey. We hope that you have had a chance to go to our website and review the results from the last quarter.

We need your help again, as we strive to improve NJ TRANSIT Bus, Rail, Light Rail and Access Link Services. Please fill out this survey between August 12 and September 3 and rate NJ TRANSIT on the mode of transportation you travel most frequently. Your responses will help us track improvements, and make informed decisions as to where to place our resources.

Please be assured that your responses will be used for research purposes only. To show our appreciation for your help, we will enter your name in a drawing to win ONE OF FIVE prizes of a Free Monthly Pass or $100 American Express Gift Card!
Thank You!

  1. Sadly a thief works amongst NJ Transit. On October 31, 2013 I boarded a 178 departing GWB at 7:20 PM a African American dark skin female slim build was the driver. I showed her my reduce fare card gave her $20.45 my trip only cost $1.45 she told me she didn't have change as yet have a seat I dozed off and jumped off at my stop without my change at Englewood Palisades Ave. I called the garage right away to no avail and everyday thereafter to date filed a complaint report for my $19.00 change. Dorothy a garage supervisor assured me she would get to the bottom and help try to get my refund. Guess what she now states the driver don't remember me, she doesn't have too just figure out where you got the extra money from when your darn shift ended! Whether it's 2 weeks later or not the driver had a over draft of funds meaning she had extra dollars when her shift ended and did not turn it in protocol...and that makes her aTHIEF!!!! 4 words...Karma is a b..and do unto others! NJ Transit offered me 2 free rides really they are the worst now had i robbed the driver cameras would have been in effect but she can rob the public and get away I'm so pissed!!!

  5. Why are you printing comments with links to taxi and limo services? If bus riders were wealthy, they would already be taking them into the city.
