TC MEETING TONIGHT TACKLES JITNEY FARES, CONSTRUCTION LIMITS AND MORE

The Township Committee will have a lot to decide tonight with an agenda full of big and little issues.

Among them:

1. Public hearing and final vote on a proposal to raise the annual Jitney pass from $85 to $92.

2. Public hearing and final passage on a proposal to ban construction work on weekends before 8 a.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sunday.

3. Public hearing and final vote on a proposal to place a four-way stop sign at the intersection of Essex and South Fourth streets, the site of the August fatal drunk driving accident.
