CHS FOOTBALL FALLS, 42-0, IN HOME FINALE TO MONTCLAIR

MAPLEWOOD, NJ -- Montclair continued their undefeated season as they handed Columbia a 42-0 loss Friday night at Underhill Field.
Junior quarterback Elijah Robinson threw for three touchdown passes and added one more score on the ground to lead the Mounties. Jahmille Campbell had a 20-yard touchdown scamper and Tyler Riley added another rushing touchdown to round out the scoring for Montclair.
On senior night and the season finale for Columbia, there were some notable absences. Head coach Dave Curtin was out of state attending to a family emergency. Defensive coordinator Lees Blanc handled the head coaching duties in Curtin’s absence. Also missing was starting running back Kiambu Jones who was injured two weeks ago in a game against West Orange.
