CODA FATALITY VICTIM NAMED, BUILDING HAD PASSED INSPECTION

Coda Restaurant, which was the scene of a deadly internal collapse that killed one worker and injured another Friday, had undergone and passed a construction inspection just two days earlier, the Star-Ledger reports.

Township officials also released the name of the dead worker as Guo Tai Chen, 51, of Flushing, N.Y. The building remain condemned and investigations are being conducted by police, fire and several state agencies.
