PODCAST: METS LEGEND MOOKIE WILSON

We spoke with New York Mets legend Mookie Wilson this week as he promotes his new book, Mookie: Life, Baseball, and the '86 Mets. He will be signing copies of it this Saturday, May 3, at Words Bookstore in Maplewood Village at 5 p.m.

The famed World Series champion discussed his rise from a poor childhood in South Carolina to the wild Mets 1986 world championship and his views of teammates he liked and disliked. 

Also, his views on the recent controversy over L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling as well as his new career as a baptist preacher.
