POLICE ISSUE TRAFFIC ADVISORY FOR FUNERAL CROWD

Today's funeral for former Port Authority Chief Ernesto Butcher, who died last week, is expected to draw so much interest that police have issued a traffic advisory:

On Friday May 23rd, at 10 AM, there will be a Memorial Service taking place at St George's Church (Ridgewood Rd/Woodland Rd). A large attendance is expected which has the potential to cause traffic and parking issues in the immediate are. Police Officers will be assigned to this area to help prevent or minimize any issues. 

It is recommended that you avoid the immediate area or plan an alternate route.
