MAPLEWOOD LIBRARY: SIDEWALK AND ROAD REPAIRS WILL LIMIT ACCESS

From the Maplewood Library today, hours after we reported it.

The notice indicates Baker Street will soon be closed for paving and make it difficult to get to the main library, so they are offering other options, such as the Hilton Branch and online renewals.

Paving on Baker Street

You've probably noticed some activity along Baker Street this week...
The construction is in preparation for the paving of Baker St and Dunnell Rd.  The paving will be done at night, and will not affect the Main Library hours.

Unfortunately, parking along Baker will most likely be prohibited until September. The library parking lot is open and accessible. You may park all along Burnet Street while the Middle School is out of session, or at one of the lots in town.

If walking any distance is an issue for you, Hilton Branch is a good option. You can choose Hilton as the pickup location for your BCCLS and Maplewood Library requests, and you can return your materials in the book drop at either location.

You can place requests and renew some items online by logging into your account here.
We can help you by phone as well. Please have your library card with you when you call.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience to our patrons.
