TRAGIC DRUNK DRIVING VICTIMS REMEMBERED ONE YEAR LATER

More than 80 family and friends of Tamir Harry and Kevin Noel gathered in Memorial Park Wednesday evening to commemorate the one-year anniversary of their tragic deaths at the hands of a drunk driver.  

While the alleged assailant, Harrison Allen of Montclair, was arrested and charged, the grief remains. Township officials have since authorized the construction of a four-way stop at the site.
Family members joined with township officials and residents to remember those who died in that Aug. 6, 2013 incident during a special event in Memorial Park near the basketball courts and the field house that will be the site of trees and memorial plaques to be installed by the township to honor them in the fall.
