CHS TEACHER'S ALLEGED CRIMES FORM INDICTMENT

Maplewoodian.com has obtained the 40-count indictment against Columbia High School teacher Nicole Dufault, which alleges specific acts of sex between Dufault and six students on different occasions in 2014.

The indictment breaks down to one count per act, citing charges of either:

1. Sexual act with a victim who was at least 13 but less than 16 and the defendant had supervisory or disciplinary power over the student's legal, professional or occupational status as a teacher.
Or
2. Endangered the welfare of the victim by engaging in sexual conduct which would impair or debauch the morals of a child.

Some counts included one or both of the above descriptions and were repeated in some cases if more than one sexual act or more than one type of sexual act was allegedly involved.

The first four indictment counts related to the first victim are HERE.

We declined to post more as they involve the same alleged crimes only with other victims.
