Maplewood Post Office Redevelopment Project Update
The Township of
Maplewood has received new renderings and elevations from the proposed
developer of the post office site. The new design is a total of three
stories; one floor of retail stores and two floors of apartments. The
total retail space is 9,145 square feet. There are 20 apartments.
Parking for the apartments is in a ground floor parking garage with
access from the rear of the building. The design of the building is
still being refined to reflect recommendations from the Maplewood
Village Alliance's Post Office Design Review Sub-Committee.
