CHS BASEBALL WINS FIRST PLAYOFF GAME, 3-2

The Columbia Cougars baseball team pulled out a squeaker in their first game of the playoffs Monday night with a 3-2 win over Bayonne in extra innings. 

Down 2-0 in the sixth, the team battled back to tie it with a home run by Eric Lax. In the bottom of the eighth, with bases loaded, Bayonne walked in the winning run.
