HUDSON... WESTERN BERGEN... WESTERN ESSEX... WESTERN PASSAIC AND WESTERN UNION. IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK... BRONX... KINGS (BROOKLYN)... NEW YORK (MANHATTAN)... NORTHERN NASSAU... NORTHERN QUEENS... NORTHERN WESTCHESTER... RICHMOND (STATEN ISLAND)... ROCKLAND... SOUTHERN NASSAU... SOUTHERN QUEENS AND SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER.

THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING... AND COULD LEAD TO WIDESPREAD URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING. STORM TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE BETWEEN 1 TO 2 INCHES... ALTHOUGH AMOUNTS OF UP TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH AREAS OF HEAVIER RAIN... AND IN THUNDERSTORMS. THE HEAVY RAINFALL SATURDAY NIGHT COULD FALL WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME... LEADING TO SHARP RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY AND SIGNIFICANT POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING IN URBAN AREAS.
