The Township of Maplewood is pleased to announce its participation in the Essex-Hudson Regional Cooperative Pricing System (EHRCPS) for new power supply contracts commencing in June 2015.
The Township is also proud to note that EHRCPS included an Enhanced Renewable Energy Product in the bid specifications and, as such, all Participating Members will be receiving power supply that has a 20% renewable energy component. Moreover this product has been coordinated with Sustainable Jersey (“SJ”) to assure that it will qualify Sustainable Jersey members for additional SJ points under their soon-to-be-announced protocols. As such, Participating Members of EHRCPS will realize cost savings while promoting sustainability .
