We are proud to let you know that we going to have an August graduation this year, for what appears to be the first time in CHS memory and/or history. This August graduation ceremony is for students who are finishing up some credits and work this summer in our summer programs who were not ready to graduate in June.
There are a small number, probably 10-15, of students currently eligible for this ceremony, and some of our students who were out-of-district in special education placements may choose to participate as well. We are looking forward to sharing this accomplishment with them, and making sure it is a memorable occasion. The ceremony will take place in our CHS auditorium at 10 am on Wednesday, August 19th. There will be a processional, music, speakers, and of course the conferring of the diplomas.
