August 6, 2015; Arson; At
approximately 2 PM a vehicle fire was reported on Evelyn Ct. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of a
home. The fire department and police responded and it was determined that the
fire was suspicious. Through
investigation it was determined that Justyn Lawrence, age 26 of Union was responsible
for setting the fire. He was arrested and charged with Aggravated Arson.
August 5, 2015; Motor
Vehicle Theft; During the overnight hours a Jeep was stolen from Harding St.
August 6, 2015; Attempted Motor Vehicle Theft; Between 5 and 7 PM a vehicle parked on Van Ness Ter was entered and the ignition damaged.
August 6, 2015; Attempted Motor Vehicle Theft; Between 5 and 7 PM a vehicle parked on Van Ness Ter was entered and the ignition damaged.
August 7, 2015; Theft; At approximately 4:15 PM, unknown individual/s stole three bags off of a porch on Van Ness.
