An educational discussion, How to Discuss Your Wishes, will be led by Sarah O.Connell, MSN, APN-C from the Geriatric Health Center at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. This 45 minute lecture, followed by a Q&A, will cover all the resources you and your family members need to be well informed and be able to provide clarity of your healthcare wishes in preparation for end of life or a medical emergency. This program is free and open to the public. It is a worthwhile program on one of the most important conversations you will ever have. This program is sponsored by the Maplewood Health Department.
