SCHOOL DISTRICT BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR LEAVING FOR MILLBURN JOB

School District Business Administrator Cheryl Schneider is leaving for a new job in the Millburn Public Schools, according to Millburn officials. 

Schneider, who has been the top budget person in the South Orange Maplewood School district for six years years, is expected to begin her new job in September. The Millburn School Board approved her hiring Monday night. 

Schneider, who has been in the SOMA district a total of 11 years, will replace retiring Millburn Schools Business Administrator Steve DiGeronimo. Schneider could not immediately be reached for comment. No replacement for her has been named, but stay tuned.
