TC APPROVES FREE SENIOR FLU SHOTS, AND JUST IN TIME

The Township Committee on Tuesday night approved a new ordinance that will exempt residents 65 and older, and anyone on Medicaid or Medicare, from the $20 flu shot fee charged for Township flu clinics.

The TC voted, 4-0, with Member Greg Lembrich absent. 

And just in time as the next such clinic is set for Saturday, Sept. 24, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and again on Wednesday, Sept. 28, 10 a.m. to Noon, at Town Hall, 574 Valley Street. 

Both are for adults only!
