SNOW DAY FRUSTRATION ON THE SCANNER

...An apparent lack of snow plows on every street and many streets having problems sparked a bit of frustration on the scanner today as one officer was heard saying, "I'm not going to get into a war" over trying to address all the needs on this icy snow day....Also sounds like at least one resident is going to get in trouble for removing snow into the street, a fineable offense.
