Hilton Branch – Find out if you are at risk for diabetes with a free blood glucose screening.  Educational materials and individual counseling will also be provided.  (Additional charge of $10 if HbA1c screening is desired.) Free Blood Pressure Screening also available. For an appointment,  call 1-800-247-9580. Drop-ins are also welcome.
