MEET MAPLEWOOD'S BEST HOME CHEF

Bravo to Maplewood's own Kelli Scruggs, who won runner-up honors in The Star-Ledger InJersey magazine's Best Home Chefs competition.

 The latest issue states her wings are "her dream."
