TOWNSHIP ANNOUNCES SIX AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS IN NEW 235-UNIT COMPLEX

As construction continues on the 235-unit apartment complex at the former PSE&G site, the Township has announced six of the units have been set aside for affordable housing as per the approval agreement with developers Avalon Bay.

Affordable Housing in Maplewood Avalon Maplewood Housing Type: Affordable rental units in Maplewood, Essex County. Location:Avalon Maplewood (corner of Springfield Avenue & Boyden Avenue) Availability: There will be six (6) affordable rental units. Units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the late summer of 2017. No additional information including sizes, rents or schedule is available at this time. Additional information will be posted on this website in 2017. There is an existing waiting list and you may submit a Preliminary Application to be added to the waiting list.
