REPORT: WHAT'S IN MAYOR DELUCA'S EMAILS WITH POST OFFICE DEVELOPER?

As JMF Properties puts the final touches on its three-story, housing/retail project at the former Maplewood Village post office site, internal emails between Mayor Vic Deluca and JMF CEO Joe Forgione offer an interesting peek into the communications that brought the controversial project to fruition.

Maplewoodian.com obtained many of these emails through an Open Public Records Act request. They appear to offer some interesting insight into how the two most prominent people in the new "Clarus" complex negotiated what has become the Township's newest and most visible project.
