20-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING PLANNED FOR VALLEY STREET NEAR CHS

Another apartment development project is being planned for Maplewood, this one at the vacant lot at 479 Valley St., across from Columbia High School.

The land is owned by 479 Valley LLC of Roseland, according to an item on tonight's Planning Board meeting agenda. It states only that the property is to be used for a 20-unit residential building and the developers are seeking "preliminary and final site plan approval."
