Kresofsky has said in a complaint that Meade assaulted him and later claimed he used an anti-gay slur. Meade has filed a counter claim alleging he was injured by Kresofsky in the incident.
The case was moved to Bloomfield due to a conflict involving the Maplewood Municipal Court judge.
