POWER OUTAGE HITS 650 NEAR CHS

PSE&G reports a power outage in the area of Richmond Avenue and Baldwin Road affecting more than 650 customers in both South Orange and Maplewood, as well as some traffic signals near Columbia High School, according to police scanner.
