New business owner, Tara Connell began going to CKO five years ago after having her first child. She was looking for an activity that would not only help her get back into shape post-partum, but that also would be enough fun to motivate her to stick with it. She immediately fell in love with the fast pace, constant variety and amazing results of the CKO workout, and has stayed motivated enough to open up a CKO here in Maplewood. She and her husband JJ are excited to bring CKO’s fun and energy to Maplewood to help people get in shape and feel great about themselves.
