TOWNSHIP OF MAPLEWOOD ANNOUNCES
THE AVAILABILITY OF COMMUTER PARKING SMART CARDS
FOR PURCHASE AND INITIAL LOADING
The Township of Maplewood announces that beginning on Monday, September 12, 2011, Smart Cards will be available for initial purchase at the Office of the Maplewood Township Clerk, Maplewood Municipal Building, 574 Valley Street, Maplewood. Smart Cards are utilized at the New Jersey Transit Lots in Maplewood (to the right of the Maplewood Train Station on Dunnell Road and at the corner of Baker Street and Maplewood Avenue). The initial cost of the Smart Card is $30.00 which is payable by cash or check. Cards are then reloaded directly at the machines. Maplewood residents and non-residents are eligible to purchase a Smart Card. For questions, contact the Clerk’s Office at (973) 762-8120.
