SO THAT'S WHY THE GAZEBO LOOKS LIKE A CRIME SCENE

If you were like us when you saw the new gazebo at the Hilton Library wrapped with yellow caution tape and wondered why, the answer is below.

We asked Public Works Director Eric Burbank via email.

His answer:

Joe,

I just added that for safety measures until the ground is graded properly, didn’t want anyone to go on it or to step off of it and get hurt.  The kids were moving the cones so I just put an extra layer of safety there.
