You may recall that Republican Mike Summersgill and Democrat Frank McGehee are running for the seat that was held by TC member Marlon Brownlee, who resigned in late August. Former TC member Ian Grodman was appointed to replace him, but will give up the seat when the term ends on Dec. 31, 2016.
In wide-ranging interviews by phone, McGehee and Summersgill offered some different views on issues such as pedestrian safety, development, taxes, police work and the ongoing revaluation.
