In Essex County the network was enhanced in sections of Belleville, Bloomfield, Cedar Grove, East Orange, Orange, South Orange, West Orange, Irvington, Maplewood, Millburn, Montclair, Newark, Nutley and along Routes 78, and 280, the Garden State Parkway and South Orange Avenue.
