An agenda for the 8 a.m. meeting states it will include two public comment portions as required by law and discussion items listed as "policy governance" and "district goals."
No other action is planned. The meeting is set for the board offices at 525 Academy St.
Business Administrator Cheryl Schneider said a representative of the New Jersey School Boards Association will facilitate the meeting at no cost to the district.
Board President Elizabeth Baker mentioned the retreat during her comments at the June 20th board meeting, noting how she expects it to help the board plan ahead.
