MAPLEWOOD VILLAGE OUT OF POWER AS HALLOWEEN EVENTS BEGIN

Just when you thought it would not get weirder, power went out in Maplewood Village at about 2:15 p.m., just as plans were going forward for the delayed Halloween parade.

It appears it is temporary to help get other areas online, and the downtown trick or treating is on.
