LEAF PICK UP DELAYS A HASSLE

So here it is, a week and a half after our leaf pick-up was supposed to occur according to even the updated leaf pick-up schedule, and the leaves remain out in front, getting rained on, blown around and otherwise causing major headaches.

Anyone who traveled down Burnett recently also came across dangerously big piles of leaves blocking half of that busy road.

When will they come up with a better way to collect leaves? And stick to the plan they do have?
