If you want to have your views about the poor response from PSE&G, and poor preparedness, before, during and after Hurricane Sandy, speak up at the Board of Public Utilities on Monday:
Monday, December 10, 2012
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
William Annin School
The Auditorium
70 Quincy Road
Basking Ridge, NJ 07920
The purpose of these hearings is to solicit public comments regarding the state of preparedness
and responsiveness of the electric distribution companies prior to, during and after Hurricane
Sandy. Additional hearings will be scheduled in December 2012 and in 2013; details will be
provided in a separate notice.
The December 10, 2012 hearing will pertain to the Jersey Central Power & Light Company.
Each hearing will focus on the electric company that provides service to the area where the
hearing is located and a representative of the respective company will make a presentation.
Members of the public are invited to attend as many hearings as they wish, but customers within
the service territory that is the focus of each hearing will be allowed to speak first.
All N.J. utilities recently got an 'F' from BPU for their bad service. See HERE.
