* ACCUMULATIONS... SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 4 INCHES... WITH AS
MUCH AS 3 TO 5 INCHES POSSIBLE.
* WINDS... SOUTHEAST 5 TO 10... INCREASING TO 10 TO 15 MPH WITH
GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON.
