Kids ages 4-9, Teens entering grades 6 & Up
Kids: A fun opportunity to hear some great stories! Teens: Help out in the community by reading picture books to kids ages 4 to 9. Come at 3:30 to pick a book and practice before the 4:00 storytime. Teens should emailteens@maplewoodlibrary.org to register and be prepared to arrive at 3:30 to practice.

Creating a Moon Garden

Main Library – Moon gardens are designed to be enjoyed at twilight and in the evening. Even a small area of your yard can become a magical place at night. Landscape designer Joanne Beckerich will teach you how to select and prepare a site, choose proper plants and crate an oasis to enjoy on soft summer nights. Registration is not needed.
