Warning: This is very disturbing and difficult to hear as shop owner Ken Parmar is groaning in pain, but shows incredible courage as he stays on the line and directs police.
You also hear what appears to be a customer helping Parmar and the emergency dispatcher showing urgency to get help to the victim. We felt it was important to post so that residents could know how well police react to a life-threatening emergency.
As we noted Tuesday, Parmar is recovering from the shooting and expected back at work by the end of May.
