Churrasco’s will soon have a new tenant! Julie of the Springfield Avenue Partnership shared this afternoon that The Rack Bakery & Café will open very soon. Three sisters will run the restaurant, and the transaction is a done deal. The lease is signed and all the permits are in (owners focusing on decorating now).
The Rack will have a soft opening during Maplewood restaurant week (just to meet the neighbors in the area – the restaurant will not be fully functional then). Julie is looking into the hair shop that moved into the Old Liquor Cabinet.
