FREE ADULT HEALTH CLINIC TODAY

10:30 a.m. - Maplewood Memorial Library. Staffed by Health Department Registered Nurse, providing blood pressure and weight measurement, health and medication counseling, carotid bruits screening as needed, diabetes and metabolic risk assessments and referrals as needed. 

File of Life available to residents.
