PLANNING BOARD CONSIDERING 30-APARTMENT PROJECT FOR SPRINGFIELD AVENUE
The Maplewood Planning Board meets tonight to consider a 30-apartment unit building slated for Springfield Avenue near Tuscan Street and across from the Hilton Library.

The site runs from 1687 to 1701 Springfield Ave., which includes the current home for Di Pietro Foods. The approval is being requested by Elite Properties, which also owns the Maplewood Crossing complex on Burnett Ave.
The meeting is set for 8 p.m. at Town Hall, 574 Valley St.
