And the TC plans to discuss some issues of note, including fence height restrictions, the future of the Maplewood Village post office site, and new regulations regarding inspection of rental properties.

In addition, the TC will reconsider cancelling the redevelopment agreement with Daibes Gas, which has come under fire for delaying efforts to develop the site at Burnett and Springfield avenues.
You may recall the issue got heated at the last meeting, when Mayor De Luca said to a Daibes representative, "Your not the type of developer I want to work with," and added the site was "an eyesore." See that HERE.
