DRUNK DRIVING VICTIMS GET TREE MEMORIALS

Back in August we learned about plans to honor drunk driving victims Tamir Harry and Kevin Noel who were killed in 2013 after being hit by a vehicle driven by Harrison Allen of Montclair, who was sentenced last month to six years in prison for the incident.

The first phase of the honor, the planting of two trees in Memorial Park, is complete as these photos indicate.

All that is left is the plaque.
