DE LUCA'S RON RICE LETTER

The same day that Mayor Vic Deluca sent out a notice that he had endorsed Newark Councilman Ron C. Rice for Congress, we got this note in the mail doubling the effort.


Sent from his home, it shows De Luca really wants Rice, son of State Sen. Ron Rice, to win the primary race next Tuesday to replace the late Rep. Donald Payne. Running against Rice is another famed son, Donald Payne. Jr.
